Set in a magnificent garden of bougainvilleas in a residential area just 200 m from the sea, the house accommodates up to 6 people with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, large veranda, patio, condominium swimming pool, garden and garage.


The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the veranda. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool entertainment :
The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls eating & living

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop less then 15 minutes drive away

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, golf, tennis, a theme park.

Just got back last night - what a trip! Kenya versus Botswana.... It is a hard question to answer and something I have been thinking about a lot over the past 2 weeks. Botswana is very different - I like that there are less people and that you are on a private concession. But, on the other hand, it seems like you really need to visit at least 3 camps to really see everything. I think for someone like me, Botswana is really a great place to go - since I know I will go again and experience the other camps. But for people who are going only once in a lifetime, then I think I am inclined to suggest Kenya - you see it all at once and stay at one camp.
